“ScrapKaroCash” is an on door scrap collection service promoted by Cleanyug Scrap Management Private Limited. Any mention of either of the names in this document refers to the online scrap collection service provided by Cleanyug Scrap Management Private Limited. The above-referred Company name Cleanyug Scrap Management Private Limited hereinafter collectively referred to as “Company”.

The terms and conditions mentioned here are subject to change at the sole discretion of Cleanyug Scrap Management Private Limited (ScrapKaroCash).

These terms and conditions and all the policies mentioned below are binding and require that any conflict arising as a consequence of using our product or service, to be sorted in the court of law in the jurisdiction.

If you choose to proceed further, it will be taken as your consent to our terms and services mentioned in this document and elsewhere on this website.

If you disagree by any of the terms on this page, then please do not participate in our business in any form, either as a seller or any business partner or any other role, with our products and/or services.

Any person using our services with the intent of selling scrap via Cleanyug Scrap Management Private Limited (ScrapKaroCash ) is treated as a ‘seller’.

Any person using our services with the intent of purchasing scrap or trading in any form is treated as a ‘dealer’ henceforth.

Terms for Sellers

Below mentioned firm points are elaborated purposely to make customers use our Scrap selling service practically. Here Terms & Conditions have been proclaimed for better flexibility & effectiveness of Company solution. We strictly recommend our customers to follow our guidelines in the following scenarios-

  1. To make our solution more productive to our customers, it’s our gentle appeal for existing & future customers that they must not share or interchange their personal phone numbers with our Company Scrap dealers or Kabadiwala for any uninformed business.
  2. We also appeal our prevailing & future customers to utilize our service via ScrapKaroCash Website & App for proactive customer support system from our end. Our online service has been dedicated to better user interaction with 100% outcomes of success.
  3. Seller is responsible for the items he sells to a dealer. if the seller sells any stolen, pirated or any unauthorized item to the dealer then seller and dealer are responsible for that transaction Company will not take responsibility for such transaction. In case of an illegal trade or activities not allowed under the Indian laws, then a strict legal action can be taken according to the court of law. Our service policy mentioned above is strictly applicable to our Web & Mobile Application product and our entire gamut of services.
  4. Its seller’s sole responsibility to check out digital weighing scale with the dealer if he finds few chances of fraudulent then immediately report to our customer support team so that we can precede actions.
  5. Evaluation of scrap will be done on the spot by our Scrap dealers as per the value of that scrap. The seller can check the unit price for the different type of scrap on our website www.scrapkarocash.com.
  6. The company is not liable for any misshapen or harm that may occur to the customers during the ongoing process of our service. We do not take any responsibility for intolerant activities such as theft, molestation, injury or any physical harm during customer and scrap dealer interaction. Owing to several non-tangible reasons, we are not blameworthy. However, we always take your feedback seriously and will appreciate if you raise any concerns in regards to the behaviour and/or practices of the dealers coming to your service. Let us know if you experience anything which you think is out of place or is not expected from our customer support or dealers. We will take disciplinary action upon investigation at our end if the claims are found valid and demand action.
  7. As per our norm, a customer must not command the scrap dealers to do any non-serviceable task or any personal favour. Our dealers will function in accord with our guidelines and will not perform any cleaning, junk gathering from your house. You must accumulate all our scrap waste for a most reliable convenience from our end. This is not just important for the environment, but also for maintaining the human dignity, which we hold highest above all.
  8. The seller must not take scrap price shown on the website as a final price it may change on dealer visit according to condition and quality of scrap.
  9. All the protocols mentioned above is to rectify any glitch, which stops you from receiving a Technology friendly service. We hereby recommend you to follow the inclined instructions.
  10. Note: The above policies mentioned here are subject to change at the sole discretion of Company.

 

Cancellation Policy for Pickups

  1. Accepting or cancelling the scrap pick up service may rely upon, whether the service to be delivered to the user is approachable (access to location). The company owns the right to accept or refuse any request initiated by the seller. A seller can himself inform the calling representative or can start or cancel the request as per their requirements. The pending request can be cancelled by the user before the pickup or trade discussion without any charge or penalty. Once the local dealer is confirmed to dispatch to serve the user then the request cannot be cancelled & owned goods will not be returned if received any.
  2. In case of an illegal trade or activities not allowed under the Indian laws, then a strict legal action can be taken according to the court of law. Our service policy mentioned above is strictly applicable to our Web & Mobile Application product and our entire gamut of services.
  3. We may discharge individual data when we have confidence in compliance with the common decency that discharge is important to consent to a law; to implement or apply our Terms of Use and different strategies; or to ensure the rights, property, or well-being of the company, our representatives, our clients, or others. This incorporates trading data with different organizations and associations for extortion insurance and credit hazard diminishment.

Terms for Agent

  1. The agent must provide their identity to Company to do business. The agent must provide their Pan card to get payment from Company.
  2. In case of an illegal trade or activities not allowed under the Indian laws, then a strict legal action can be taken according to the court of law. Our service policy mentioned above is strictly applicable to our Web & Mobile Application product and our entire gamut of services.
  3. The agent will get paid only after the completion of deal or business lead provided by him to Company.
  4. Company, owe the rights to choose or decide whether the enrolling agent is fit for providing service on our behalf or not. Mistreatment or ill behaviour with the customers may too lead to debarment or strict actions against the agent.
  5. You agree not to use any non-legitimate ways to cheat, fraudulent, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by Company.
  6. Prices for scrap materials are decided by Company.

Terms for dealers

  1. Scrap dealers must confirm before utilizing our service, their agreement towards the following Terms & Conditions including all the extra and additional policies referenced herein. The pre-defined protocols and guidelines in our Terms of Service mention business standard necessary for Company scrap dealers to agree.
  2. It would be ideal if you deliberately experience our Terms of Service before getting to the needs we give to you. In the event that you don’t go to consent to our Terms of Service, then merchant/dealer may not get included with any of our administrations through Website/Mobile App or under any service of  The Company. If these Terms of Service are seen as an offer, affirmation is expressly compelled by these Terms of Service.
  3. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
  4. In case of an illegal trade or activities not allowed under the Indian laws, then a strict legal action can be taken according to the court of law. Our service policy mentioned above is strictly applicable to our Web & Mobile Application product and our entire gamut of services.
  5. Dealer agrees to pay the applicable Goods and Service Tax (GST) charged by customers registered under GST Act. Company shall not make any payment to the customer on behalf of the dealer in respect of the scraps deals.
  6. If payment made by the dealer to Company and the customers by cheque and on the date of presentation of the cheque to the respective bank reject the cheque payment by any means then the dealer will pay the deal amount in addition with bank penalty to The Company and the customers within next 24 hours.

Obligations of the Dealer

  1. The Dealer shall:
  2. Provide correct, accurate and complete information to enable the customers to make an informed decision,
  3. Carry challan book as provided by the Company and fill all fields of challan correctly on completion of scrap deal with the customer,
  4. Write and maintain the challan book in good condition and shall handover after completely filled up.
  5. Not go to the customers’ premises without the uniform prescribed by the Company,
  6. Possess all mandatory licenses to deal in scrap and shall not do any activity for which the dealer is not authorised.
  7. Carry an operational weighing machine which should provide accurate information. Promote the name of the Company or its website and shall not be found directly or indirectly promoting any other business in any name(s) to the customers,
  8. Reach at customer’s premises within 48 working hours after being communicated to the offer.
  9. Have no power to cancel the offer, and all cancellation will be approved by the Company.
  10. Be solely responsible for any dispute that may be raised by the customer relating to the weighment, challan information or behaviour of the dealer’s representatives.
  11. The Dealer shall at all time during the pendency of this agreement endeavour to protect and promote the interests of the Company and ensure that third parties rights including intellectual property rights are not infringed.
  12. The Dealer shall at all times be responsible for compliance of all applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, Local Sales Tax, Central Sales Tax, Service tax, Value added tax, Goods and Service tax Standards of Weights & Measures legislation, Sale of Goods Act, Excise and Import duties, Drugs and Remedial Magic Act, Code of Advertising Ethics, etc.

Documentation for Dealership

  1. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you/dealer are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Website/Mobile Application.
  2. To become a partner scrap dealer, you must be a full-time business, who can actively dedicate time to collect scrap waste as per the request of the customers. Negligence towards service may lead to instant disqualification. You must register with us as a full-time dealer & not as a part-time Submission of authorized Indian identification cards such as Aadhar card, Driving License, Pan Card may be required for activation as our Service provider.
  3. You may not use our online scrap service for any unlawful or unofficial purpose, nor may you, in the usage of the Service, interrupt or violate any firm laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
  4. A breach or defilement in the least of the Terms will result in an instant debarment or disqualification from the service.

UNIVERSAL CONDITIONS

  1. Company, owe the rights to choose or decide whether the enrolling dealer is fit for providing service on our behalf or not. Mistreatment or ill behaviour with the customers may too lead to debarment or strict actions against the dealers.
  2. You agree not to use any non-legitimate ways to cheat, fraudulent, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
  3. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

  1. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
  2. This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

 MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

  1. Prices for our scrap materials are decided by Company.
  2. We reserve the right at any time to alter or suspend the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
  3. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

  1. Our services may be available exclusively online through the website/App and any service delivered without our concern may lead to cancellation or debarment of the service provider/dealer.
  2. We charge a service amount from our dealers as per mentioned in the Refund Policy
  3. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
  4. We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any services that we offer. All descriptions of scrap or scrap pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
  5. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Undeniable protocols for dealer/Service Provider

Objection to any of these obligatory terms automatically declares a dealer not appropriate or acceptable to deliver service from Company behalf.

  1. We are authorized to alter the price of different scrap materials available on our rate card. As per our terms, it’s mandatory to buy scrap from customers at our obvious prices.
  2. Unwillingness to deliver scrap pick up service via our online channels such as Website / Mobile dealer App is not tolerable. We deliver scrap pick up service to our online users/customers as per our business model which can be subject to change whenever found appropriate.
  3. Our dealers must carry a digital scale to our online/partnered customers. We provide electronic weighing scales to our service providers to guarantee or prevent any fraudulent activities. Without digital scale, a dealer is ceased from catering his service to the customers whatever may be the case.
  4. We make available our Company attires to the dealers to prevail the trustworthiness of our service.
  5. Any misbehaving attitude towards a customer may lead to strict actions against the dealer or may lead to discontinuations without refunds.
  6. Every new joining dealer is provided with a Unique Identification number from our end. We hand over Identification cards to our dealer/service provider to guarantee the service credibility.

If in any case, a dealer or service provider fails to follow these protocols then he is not liable to claims for refunds. In any case, we do not refund any subscription amount to our dealers once the Unique Id is activated or generated with concern.

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE FOR DEALERS

We save the privilege, at our sole tact, to refresh, change or alter any piece of these Terms of Service by presenting updates and changes on our site. It is your obligation to check our site intermittently for changes. You’re preceded with the utilization of or access to our site or the Service taking after the presenting of any progressions on these Terms of Service constitutes acknowledgement of those progressions.

Term, Termination and effects of Termination

Term: The Term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of execution of the contract and shall continue for a period of 12 months unless terminated earlier. The Agreement may be extended for such further period as may be mutually agreed by and between the parties hereto in writing to this effect.

This Agreement may be terminated by the  Company in the event:

  1. Dealer fails to make payment of the agreed amount, by giving 48 hours written notice,
  2. Dealer commits a material breach of any representation, obligations, covenant, warranty or term of this agreement and the same is not rectified within 30 days after written notice given by the Company.
  3. If a Petition for insolvency is filed against the Dealer.
  4. If the Dealer is in infringement of the third party rights including intellectual property rights.
  5. This Agreement may be terminated by either party giving the other 30 days written the notice.

Pricing Policy for dealership Subscription

  1. At Company, we clearly mention our monthly subscription charge to our dealers before you sign up with us. A monthly service charge of ₹500/- is collected from the dealers for the technology service and business leads we provide. The dealer must deposit advance ₹10,000/- in name of Cleanyug Scrap Management Private Limited. ScrapKaroCash Dealership ID is given to the dealer once all the payments completed by him.
  2. For every transaction made by the dealer through Company, Company profit will be deducted from their advance deposit. The dealer needs to refill their balance to do business with Company.
  3. Upon activation of your ScrapKaroCash Dealership ID, the monthly subscription charge is mandatory with no claims for refunds. If a dealer wishes to discontinue after the ScrapKaroCash Dealership ID is generated, then no claims for refunds are acceptable.
  4. Please note that the subscription charges have to be made by at the beginning of the month. The last date of payment is 7th of every month. A late fee of ₹ 300/- will be levied in case of delay.

Payment Schedule

Every month, the registered dealers are scheduled for payments within the first week of the month. The payment schedule starts from the date of registration of the ScrapKaroCash Dealership ID of the dealer. The same can be confirmed by our customer support contact number reflected at the end of this document or on our contact us page.

Refund Policy for dealers

Note:  The following policies mentioned here are subject to change at the sole discretion of Company.

  1. Service Charges shall be payable in advance by the scrap dealer to the Company on a quotation deal price to be decided by mutual consent of both parties. Within 14 days of the advance payment to Company shall arrange the first time-slot of the deal to the dealer. Failure to do so will result in a refund of the advance money paid along with interest @12% p.a.  Refund scheme of advance money along with interest @12% p.a. is valid only for the advance payment made by the dealer against accepted quotation. An advance payment made by the dealer for a monthly or yearly subscription to Company will not be considered in above refund scheme.
  2. The refund policy for dealers adheres some limitations to prevent the disobey of authority protocols for better scrap pick up service to the customers. Only scrap dealers who are registered or about to get registered with of Company are applicable under the rules & regulations of our Refund Policies.
  3. Non-agreement to our payment procedures makes a dealer not eligible to join of Company.

What don’t we accept?

  1. We don’t accept any assertions from dealers if the case is about the refund of subscription fee. The subscription fee is non-refundable once the dealer’s ScrapKaroCash ID is activated.
  2. Assertions related to change of scrap price.
  3. If any allegations are on the behalf of our transparent service offered to the customers.
  4. In case a disciplinary action is taken against a dealer.

 We accept Refund cases where following reasons apply –

  1. In case, a scrap dealer has discrepancies with the invoice of transaction worth then the case is accepted and processed. If discrepancies are accurate enough for the claim then the amount is refunded within the time duration of 60 days from the day of filing a written complaint in person or through email.
  2. Only if there is a temporary malfunction of technical or software aspects from our end. We can accept a request for rectification here but not any assertions.
